Located at 1001 S MacDill Avenue, String Ensemble Academy is positioned in one of Tampa’s most convenient and accessible areas. We are just moments away from several local schools with strong music programs. Our central location is also perfect for adult students, offering easy access from major roads and nearby workplaces, whether you’re coming from downtown, South Tampa, Westshore, or surrounding neighborhoods.
And with extended hours from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, plus Saturday classes.

Sound-Insulated Classrooms for Optimal Learning
All SEA classrooms are fully sound-insulated, creating a focused and comfortable learning environment for every student. Thanks to professional acoustic treatment, very little sound travels between rooms or to the outside, ensuring privacy, concentration, and an ideal atmosphere for musical study.
Whether you’re taking a private lesson, a group class, or ensemble coaching, you can enjoy a quiet, dedicated space designed to support your best musical progress.
In-Person or Online
Your Choice
If you are unable to attend an in-person lesson, your teacher can deliver the class online instead. SEA has a dedicated video-conference studio designed specifically for high-quality virtual instruction.
For intermediate and advanced students who prefer it, all lessons may be taken online, offering full flexibility without compromising the quality of instruction.

Easy Parking & Ground-Level Access
SEA offers a relaxed and convenient parking experience, with plenty of available spaces for families and adult students. Our location provides ground-level access, making drop-off, pick-up, and daily visits simple, safe, and comfortable for everyone.
Whether you’re arriving for a lesson, an ensemble class, or a trial session, getting in and out of SEA is always easy and stress-free.
A Comfortable Space for Parents
At SEA, we’ve also created a welcoming space for parents. While your child enjoys their lesson, you’re invited to relax in our comfortable seating area, take advantage of our complimentary Wi-Fi, read, catch up on work, or simply unwind with a cup of coffee.
